im about to buy a new exhaust and i wanted to know if it would make a differnce if i clamted it instaed of welding it i know it would look better if i welded it but i just want to clamp it on would it make it sound different or will there be any problems from clamping it

 

i can weld it i just do feel like it if i can just clamp it

 

Clamping deforms the pipe, which lowers horsepower but not by much.

 

clamps also cause leaks and those suck.

 

oh alright so welding it is ahhh i hate welding lol
