Default exhaust

I finally got my exhaust done. I went with 2.5 pipes and i think a 5inche tips. My exhaust is a true dual for my muffler I used flowmaster 40's. Here are some pics of the project!

Nice. If you don't mine me asking, what did that run you? Also, yr, engine, etc? Are you happy with how it sounds?

I Like!!!! i bet it sound good what type of pipe is that regular or stainless? it looks different than other pipe i have seen on new exhaust. ooo and i like the license plate :P lol nice way to blur it out

Hope you don't mind me postin' some pics of my new exhaust as well....










So, my set up is, Pace Setter shorty headers, Bassani Y-Pipe (2.5" down tubes to 3"), 3" In/Out high flow stainless cat, 3" In/Dual 2.5" Out 50 Series Flowmaster, dumping in front of rear tire.

I LOVE IT!

it cost about 800.00 i have a 302 motor the year of the truck is a 1988 f150 and i love the way it sounds the did a great job on it and i don't mind people posting things on my page i like seeing others work

it has a deep sound to it that is sweet.If i were you I would go with some type of flowmaster. My exhaust it is agressive i would say i mean its not stright pipes but i have headers i think not sure. but it is a true dual so no y

did you notice a fair gain in torque/take off power after just the exhaust was added?
Or does it just sound really good?
