Engine will start but will not run

I have a 1991 F150, V8. It will start but will not run. Could it be the ECC relay?

Don't think it would even start if the ECC relay was bad. Fuel pump/fuel filter ?? What was it doing prior to this...??

replaced fuel filter, coil. There is no current from the coil to the distributor. Sprayed starting fluid in the intake, did start to run.
