Default Engine swap Questions

I have a wrecked 91 bronco with a 5.0 and i was curious if i could just rebuild it and swap it into my 1992 f150 with a 5.0 (ton of miles) without replacing everything else? Im sure there is stuff im missing but anyway would that work? Thanks

Well, one difference between the 91 and 92 engine is that the 91 engine has a flat tappet camshaft and the 92 engine has a roller camshaft. You will want to keep the roller camshaft and the steel gear distributor for obvious reasons. Other than that, it's a direct swap. Same firing order and all.
