I wish I could say for sure. I suspect that it is doable, you may have to switch some stuff, but the engines are the same. How much stuff, I can't say.
The thing is that with the electronics, sensors are added, connectors are changed(why do they do that?)...things like that. Are the transmissions the same? You should take the harness and computer to be safe.
Let us know what happens.
You could also try posting your question in the v8 engine forum. You may get a better response there.
I know this doesn't help much, but hopefully some others will pipe in.

As long as they are the same type of injection MAP or MAF they should be interchangeable with only the tin and brackets slightly different. Most 93 are the MAP engines so that should not be a problem.

Correct. If you don't have the inline maf sensor on your air intake hose, then you will have the little black "map" sensor on the firewall, about the heater fan.
Here's a pic of a maf sensor on tube from a 94 302

I wound up getting a motor from a 90 f150 with like 20,000 miles on it it went in just fine all I had to do was swap most of the accessory brackets and for some strange reason the oil pressure switch from the 90 wouldn't work so I had to go but one for a 93 I also changed all the gaskets on the motor while I had it on the stand just in Case runs like a champ now also I didn't really notice any real power difference in the two motors but the 93 motor does have better lifters then the 90
