engine swap?

so a friend has bought a 94 f250 4x4 with a blown diesel in it and e40d thats good. he want to put a gas motor in it and i found him a 90 f250 2wd auto with a good 460. my question is what are going to be any problems we will run into doing this swap(putting the 460 into the diesel and keeping the e40d thats in the diesel)? i think we should be able to swap motor mounts and bolt the 460 in with its harness and pcm. am i wrong? any help would be much appreciated!

Are the bolt patterns on the back of the block the same? They might be different. Also I doubt the the computer is the same for a diesel and a gasser.
