ok it's a 1991 f150 straight 6 5 speed will be driving down the road and the motor will shut off but it will fire back up and also the windows heater wipers wont work unless you push the key slightly forward i put a brand new ignition switch in and it's still doing it any ideas or suggestion would be great.

 

Did you replace the whole ignition cylinder?

Hm, it still seems like an ignition cylinder to me. If you bought it new, see if they will swap it out for another?
