f150 problems need help

Default f150 problems need help

im goin to look at a 95 f150 4x4 with a 351 the truck is in good shape except the engine he said that the head gasket is blown and that it runs good with full power untill it heats up.......im kinda sketchy about this any suggestions? think it is the head gasket like he said or something else? any help will help thanks

May have more problems that just the headgasket. Like, whatever caused the head gasket to blow in the first place. could be minor, or you could be chasing around a cooling problem for days. Now if you're pretty mechanically inclined its probably fine. Personally, I would stay away from it (although I've never replaced head gaskets)

if u can pick it up pretty cheap I would get it and when u do the head gaskets put a new thermostat make sure water pump is good and all. I would also put a new intake manifold gasket while ur there. and if it still has issues sell it

I would be very cautious about this truck. Unless you have the skills, time and money to fix this correctly it could be a major problem. Also better be one heck of a great price for the truck.

i love people that sell their cars with nothing more wrong than a head gasket lol.

i just pass these ads up unless it is stupid cheap.
