Well I changed the plug wires today still no luck, still bucking and jerking , still can see spark around the plug boots , Im going to try taking these back and getting a set of motorcrafts and if that doesnt work I give up Im just going to take it to Ford and have them diagnose it.

There's no need to have someone else diagnose it, you found the problem. I have gotten many brand new plug wire sets that allow the spark to jump around everywhere. They just don't make stuff like they used to. You need a good set of wires, but I don't have any recommendations. As a temporary fix I have wrapped the ends where the spark jump is occuring with electrical tape.

Did you happen to put that grease on them that comes with some of the wire sets? I believe its called dielectric grease. If you did wipe and clean all that crap off. It seems to be very conductive and all it takes is for some of it to get on the rubber boots and you've got sparks. I really don't see a use for it, in this case anyway.
