Default engine miss

Theres a small engine miss on my 94 f150 it's an auto straight 6 4wd. I've replaced the plug wires and all but one plug. I cnt get the last plug out. Any other things I need to replace before I check my lifters and cam?

The alloy used. Will outlast stock 2 to 1. Probably an extra $10- $15 to go brass. Unless you get into something exotic.
