engine misfires

I have a 1994 f150 4.9 in-line six cyl,manual trans,4x4.I have changed the plugs,plug wires,dist.cap,rotor,and fuel filter and it still misfires.What should I check and replace next?

And doing electrical tests on the components of your ignition system (ICM, ign coil, etc.)
