Marvel Mystery Oil, Kreen, Seafoam or just use a high detergent oil such as Pennzoil Ultra, Pennzoil Platinum, Rotella 5w-40 or Mobil 1. Those will clean your engine over time if you don't want to use the additives above. Instant cleaners/flushes are 50/50. If you have a significant buildup, using a high detergent synthetic oil such as the ones above will help.
