Default Engine cranks, no start

Boo! Another no-start issue. 93 5.0 dual tanks. Anyway, I went out to truck this morning, turned the key on, noticed fuel was low. So then I hit selector switch and its also pretty low, touching the red. I then cranked it but it didn't ever do anything other than crank. First thing, I pushed the Shraeder valve at the fuel rail and it was obviously low pressure. Every attempted start after has NO pressure. Have split a five gallon can of gas between both tanks. Have started on less gas then that and it ran ok when I shut engine off night before. Tried starting fluid at throttle body when holding throttle open with linkage with no luck(wrong way?) No fuel or fire?

I checked fuses in dash panel under steering wheel and power distribution panel under hood. Any other fuse panels hiding?

I tried to get codes with code reader ymeski recommends but this time it only shows the triangle link icon with "000", so no codes, not even a pass code. Could be engine too cold to work? When I tried the manual way the light didn't blink only stayed on.

My brother-in-law is coming over to help me listen for pump and check fuel relays. What else should I try?

Man, I lost a days pay because I was a hasty idiot! It was one of the 20A Maxi fuses (fuel pump fuse ) in the power distribution box. Maybe it blew when I flipped the selector switch this morning. They aren't labeled under the cover so I pulled them all one by one and checked all of the fuses twice (but hastily I guess) so I do not know how I overlooked it! Seriously, damn, to skip or not see it twice?! I know theres the terminals on top but I forgot about those till my brother-in-law came over. When he was on his way, I finally dug the owners manual out of glovebox and pinpointed which one it was exactly so I could point it out to him. First thing he did was stick the fluke on there and said it was bad.... what?!

What a bad day. I was disconnecting lines, pulling kick panels (inertia switch), air intake stuff. At least I didn't waste money (exept my days pay) I had posted the origional post already once but was on wifes iphone (mine has a crack in screen so her phone is easier to post with and I guess this site logs you out after a while so it lost my first post when it instead went to a login screen again, so I had to type all that again on the Wii, lol. Kids were watching movie on computer. So much wasted time! Sorry guys. This was my third strike of stupidity so maybe I'm just gonna be read-only for a while in this forum. Unless maybe its a picture request of a part, a truck stat, or an opinion.
