Default Engine backfire

I'll start by giving details about the truck. Its a 95 bronco 5.0 with factory maf instead of sd with a e4od . well in the last few days its developed a new issue. I went to start it wen it was already warmed up and it was stumbling like it didn't want to run and it did that a couple of times over a few days. Now today I noticed that it's backfiring wile I try to accelerate after warmed up. I pulled codes and got 111 with key on engine off and 311 and 632 with engine running. If y'all have an idea of what could cause this it'd b much appreciated because I had one a few years ago that blew up right after starting this same problem.

632-you forgot to push the OD button between the engine id (blinks 4 times for v8) and goosing the accelerator.

311-AIR system not working – Single, Right or Rear HO2S – Air Injection

I would check your plugs for fouling, ensure proper fuel pressure and test your IAC (awesome walkthrough with killer pictures/descriptions-http://www.fullsizebronco.com/forum/showthread.php?t=206960).

I can't push the button because its not there anymore it's just three bare wires. I'm planning on pulling plugs first thing in the morn to c how they are. I know the smog bs couldn't cause it could it... I normally take all that crap off but just never did on this 1.

Someone may disagree, but back in the day when they first put those air pumps on the guys at (local) ford said it was to prevent backfiring.
But lots of guys have disconnected it without getting backfiring so probably not the issue.
If you had a bad plug or wire putting unburnt fuel into the exhaust, that might give you a pretty good backfire.
Or a sensor out of whack giving you too much fuel maybe.

Pulled the plugs the all look good and they test good with a Multimeter. I also tested the tps and it checked out good to.

Probably go through the ignition system, possibly a wire or cap problem breaking down under load ?
Just guessing here, but that's what I'd be looking at next.

Gas doesnt catch fire if there isnt gas to catch fire, why is the gas catching fire in your exhaust and not in the chamber? Kinda sounds like its flooding itself out, i'd get a gauge and check the fuel pressure just to see if theres anything funny going on there.

Alright well I finally got tired of dealing with my bronco running bad and am diving back into it. I do have a couple of questions on specs tho. What should my fuel pressure be at? And also if it were flooding its self would that make sence when it only does it when under load at lower rpm and smooths out when the rpm gets over 3500?
