I think it is on the passenger side of the 5 speed, just a little farther up than half way. On my truck it was the only thing on the tranny, but my truck is a 95, dont know if there is too much difference between the years.

I had to pay $20 for mine.... they had one for $15 but of course they didnt have it in stock
