Electric fan swap!!!!!!

Yep. Use the green wire to a relay triggered by the ac switch. That will run both fans on low speed as long as the ac is on. Use the yellow wire to a relay triggered by the t-stat to kick in high speed with the ac on or low speed without it. Your other option is to wire each fan individually. Yellow and green on one fan to the ac switch for one high speed fan and yellow and green on the other fan wired to the t-stat relay for the fan to run high speed to cool the radiator.

I am, but not running ac at the moment. Bad compressor! I have tested the wiring in several configurations though. For a "no ac" setup, I only run the fans on high speed triggered by the t-stat. But you have the options for single fan, high speed or low speed and dual fans high or low. Just a matter of separating the wires at the harness.

Cut mine off of the donor car. That's going to be your best bet. You could buy any heavy gauge three wire male and female connector and wire your own plugs.

That exact fan - yes. I'm sure many, many others fit, but I can only speak for what I have installed. You need a 3ft. piece of strap metal which you can find at any hardware store and a couple of zip ties. I made a bracket top center of the fans to mount to the top radiator support and a bracket for the bottom. Both brackets a made in about 5 minutes and they secure it in it's position off of the radiator fins so that the fan does not contact the radiator except at the very top.
You can see the top bracket that I made and on each corner where I zip tied the corners to keep it perfectly level. I did that because I wanted to drill as few holes as possible. The chrysler fan will not extend all of the way to the bottom radiator support. I just made my bottom bracket longer and doubled the bracket on the bottom for rigidity. I don't have pics of that. I can take some afterwhile. It might look intimidating, but it's really not a big job. If your concerned, just make sure you start this project on a friday night so that you have a couple of days to goof around with it. I think I've posted everything that you need throughout the thread, but I'll help where I can.

So are you wired through the relays and all?
