That would very probably be the problem.
Crownman : nice tape job on the wiring harness. That took a while .

Thanks. It wasn't a plan to match the blue with the engine. I just happen to only have 2 rolls of Blue 3m tape. I would have gone with Black but I decided to retape it at the last minute before putting the upper intake on.

 

I retaped mine too but went with plain old black
