Would it be worth trying to change the fluid and filter? The fluid is almost clear not black and not red. The thing acts like its in neutral through all the gears. Im sure it totally screwed, went from fine to nothing.

It's worth a shot. Fluid and filter is cheaper than a transmission and might fix it. It shouldn't be clear so maybe some water got in there.
