Haha I think I gotcha I just may spend the extra 25 to have my friend do it cause hes experienced and can get it done faster. Thanks for all the help bor i really appreciate it. hopefully ill be getting a lift in the next few months

Do it yourself for the experience, just have your friend there watching and offer him beer. My "experienced" friend hooked up the RCA cables on my old car into the outputs on my amp, so cheap (or free) help is sometimes only worth what you pay for it

You're basically paying him $25 to run 3 wires. I went into it with no experience and all and it took me 2 hours from the time I started till it was thumping. The first hour was looking for a hole to run the power wire through, the second was just hooking stuff up and running new speaker wire to my 6x9s.

You can do it!
