Default Custom grilles??

Im looking at making a custom grille for my truck using the outside bezel of the factory grille and trimming a billet grille for the inside. I'd just like to see anyone elses custom grilles they've done, you know just to get some ideas rolling around

I have seen a couple of guys paint the inside trim the body color. IIRC some of the EB trim packages might have come that way. Very sharp on red trucks.

That does look nice. Looks like he did kinda what I was thinking except mesh inside instead of billet. I wonder how he did the logo and how it's held together

Its trailer mesh. Its held in place by Plastic welds. The emblem is from a newer superduty and just bolts into the mesh

Like he used a plastic welder and put plastic behind the grill, to melt the plastic together. kind of like sandwiched i imagine. I made a grill like it and i bent the bottom of the mesh and used screws for the bottom and fabbed up a little bracket to the top.
