cruise control

Sorry in advance for the poor picture.... so I was working on my truck and this is what I found...

I thought my truck wasn't set up for cruise control but this looks like it to me. Any thoughts?

Does a cable go from that box to the throttle plate?
Do you have the controls on the horn bar?

Yes, it goes to the throttle and connects but no controls in the cab? Not sure if the whole steering column was replaced or what.

Seems like there was a site that you could run the vin# and see what options your truck came equipped with. I'll have to research that.
