Before I run to work I wanted to post. 116 and 114 just mean the truck was cold when you did the test. Did you try hotwiring the fuel pump by putting power to the green/yellow wire? I need to know if the pump works when you do this.

I'll still be thinking on it...

Got it running, swapped out the pump and runs again. The old pump worked when we took it out, you had to smash it with a hammer tho. Thanks to Sean for answering the phone all day lol

You can disconnect the battery for a few minutes, which you may have already done while you changed the pump.
