Default Core Support Swap

Hello this is my first post. I have always had chevy pick ups but recently picked up a 1994 F150 XLT 4x4 302 with 200000 miles for 0 dollars. The motor runs exceptionally strong no leaks and burns no oil. I got it for a hunting/work truck its a ohio truck so rust is in the usual spots and now i need to replace the core support i have the new fenders and core support that the previous owner gave me i am a decent mechanic have all the tools but having never owned or worked on a ford can anyone give me a diaghram or atleast general time to do it and what to watch out for it would be greatly appreciated i have used the search function a bit and checked the haynes manual but came up with minimal info has anyone done this that can help?
