hi , im about 100 miles before i change my engine oil. I found a cheap oil cooler for my 96 5.0l with aode. i was wondering if anyone out there had one on their truck? is it worth it? would it help me in the long run? do i need more than 5 quarts to use it? thanks for replying!

 

Oil coolers will help, especially under hipo driving or towing, the cooler the oil the better, but not really necessary for daily drivers, as long as the engine is running at normal temperature, just use a good non synthetic oil.
