k did a wet compression test and the cylinder that was 90 and then it went to 20 after i put oil in the cylinder. then i did one cylinder that was 145 psi and it went to 180 psi. so where does that put me at.

I've never heard of it dropping after adding oil, but it should still mean the same thing, valve or head gasket.

What I would do is find another cheap motor and build it. Drive the truck until the new motor is ready to drop in. If driving the truck isn't important then just rebuild the one you have. Or you can get some heads and swap them on.

what ill prolly do is wait till winter is over then rebuild it cause i wont really need it after winter
