Problem solved. I had a hunch about the code reader with the blinking lights. It was clear. Two blinks followed by two more blinks. Since everything checked out at the map sensor and at the ecm I went to a parts store for them to read the codes. They could not do it for some reason. I then when to a shop I dealt with before and he hooked a scanner up and quess what? It came up with code 122. The tps has low voltage. 22 was map sensor out of range or no signal to ecm. After stomping the code reader to death I changed the TPS and light is out. Lesson learned. Don't fool with cheap sacnners. Thanks for all your time & help.
