Default clutch sopping?

Long story short I was pulling something I maybe shouldn’t have
and now its time for a new clutch.

I got everything apart the flywheel and pressure plate look good.
I was going to just get a new clutch disc but I also need bearings and
an alignment tool. I’m thinking a kit is the best bet.

I priced out kits and im looking at about $240.00 Canadian.

I’m thinking of ordering a kit online to see if I can save a bit,
There’s lots of sites out there just wondering if anyone has any
suggestions on where to look.

Thanks.
Jay.

Rockauto.com is a good site for finding good parts for pretty good prices, I usually try there first.

No visible leaks from the one I have but open to opinions

If you have the slave cylinder in the bell housing I'd replace it for sure, it should actually come with the kit, but if it's external I don't think I would because you can replace it any time without pulling the trans. But it's up to you it's not a bad idea at all to change it.

Good advice.
I'd change the slave cylinder if inaccessible for sure.
Rock auto and summit both good sites.
Good luck.

I did my disc and slave. Slave was leaking a little for a while then the disc came apart, so I cheaped out and got those. Didn't want to spend all that on the kit. The alignment tool by itself is like $2, but I used an extra input shaft I have.

Get the 11 inch clutch, it will fit even if you have the 10 inch and will last a lot longer.
