Did you use the same flywheel? Or new? Maybe it's not compatible with the other new parts.

Hate to say it. It had to be air somewhere. I bled and bled and bled some more. Just cause I had run out of options. I tried different ways of bleeding. Pushing clutch down and opening bleeder, opening bleeder then pushing clutch down, reverse flow, tapped on lines and such trying to get air movin up to reservoir. I've probably pushed a quart and a half through this truck. At some point during all of this, it must have pushed whatever air pocket it had out. Truck shifts amazing, it's never shifted this good since I've owned it.

So lesson learned, and to everyone out there that does a search for clutch issues. Some of these clutches can be a real PAIN to bleed and will throw you for a loop.

New flywheel. Same as the old one but new lol. I mean same bolt hole and everything.

New flywheel, new clutch and pressure plate, new slave cylinder/throw out bearing, new pilot bearing, new master cylinder and now a minimum of a quart of fluid.

But I got it going now. Guess there was air in there.
