clutch issue

Default clutch issue

i have a 93 f150 xlt 4.9 with the engine off the clutch pedal is fine but when the engine is running i press the clutch and it only comes up half way, i can pull the pedal up with my foot though and its fine when i press it again, is this the clutch master cylinder?

Could be clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder?

Can you engage into gear? Or do u have to pump it

1st and 2nd shift fork worn excessively and 4th gear synchros are worn, so 3rd 5th and reverse. I can shift from 3rd-5th-3rd easily but have to turn truck off shift to reverse back up turn truck off shift to 3rd then start truck up and go.
