Are there any performance chip upgrades available for the 1986 F-150 fuel injected 5.0?

 

Have you done any modifications to your engine? What is your goal performance wise that you're looking for?

X2, they are a complete waste of money. Just a scam

 

No mods to the engine, but I've installed dual exhaust and an electric cooling fan and radiator. I want to get as much Hp and Torque as possible out of it. When I get in the throttle I want to feel it more, and when I'm cruising, my milage should be better. The dual exhaust made a huge improvement in both mileage and power. It's hard to believe that the stock exhaust choked the engine down that much. The power difference is like I unhitched a trailer.
