Check engine light blinks 7 to 10 times in the first few minutes of the truck running, then does not blink again until i restart it. Thats it trying to tell me?

To run an error code scan for one thing. Maybe hinting that you should share it's year & engine w/ us too!

CEL's lean heavily on emmisions related discontent, especially those that can cause Cat damage......Sorry, either I've lost psychic contact......or I too, am about to pass over-rich gas. Not sure yet.....
