check engine codes

Default check engine codes

hey everyone i just bought a 92 f150 5.0 5 speed the other day and when i was driveing the check engine light came on so i pulled the codes and this is what i got 23,33,34,25,41,72,73,and 52. could someone tell me what they are and what i got to do to fix it thanks

Some of those are because you didn't do the test right. Do the engine off scan first.

ok so i went and did the test again with the key on engine off and got code 23,33,and 34 this time

23: Throttle position sensor (Bad TPS or related wiring.)

33: EGR Valve Fault (Stuck EGR valve, Would try cleaning it.)

34: EVP (EGR Valve Position), EGR did not respond properly during test. (Related to 33, Could be a bad EGR causing this or the EVP senor is bad.)

TPS could also be out of adjustment, if it's adjustable. Could have a bad vacuum line for the EGR.
