Yes you're correct, some '95s did get OBDII. They're pretty rare though.

This isn't really a "told you so" moment. Before you even came in here I already said where to find the obd1 connector and based on OPs posts I suggested looking for the obd2 connector incase he had one of the rare 95s that had it.
