Default I need help

Ok well I'm slightly building a prerunner and my truck has no way of locking the rear diff so should I get a junk yard axel or so etching like a mini spool only one problem with the mini spool tho I can't find one for my truck

Default I REALLY need help

Well I'm looking to build a prerunner nothing major...for now...and my rear end in my truck has no way to lock the diff so I either want a mini spool or a entire new axel and I'm not sure how hard that is WAHT I'm looking for or how much it shall cost so help I'm only looking to Run 31inch tires

That's what I need to know...does an explorore or econiline axel have a lockable diff tho

Now with me wanting to build a prerunner my truck has a 4.6liter v8 triton with a automatic transmission so is both thos going to have to go

The year of my truck is a 1997 it's a cot reg cab and hase the 8foot bed

You see I've been around rock crawlers and rock bouncers all my life stuff from 120 Hp polaris rzr,s to 600 hp rock bouncers so I know my limitations with 2wd but I'm still not sure about A LOT so sorry if I ask stupid questions

reason he asked is because this is the 87-96 section bud, if you post in the 97-03 im sure they can give you better answers than we can
