What is the purpose of going with F250 springs? Is it for additional height over stock?

Yup. But I'm still putting them on my truck at some point. Then some helpers in the rear to keep my nose from going in the air too much lol.

I like the look of a leveled truck, but once I put helpers on the back it won't be level anymore, it will be closer to level then stock is though. It's almost more of a tiny lift.
