Question Casting numbers...help!!!

The intake I took off my truck is as follows-
f7te 9k461 f2a
So from my understanding its a 97 Truck Engine part.
But my truck is a 91. This makes no sense. And on top of that, what do the other things mean? is 9k461 the part number for all lower intake manifolds?
And the F2A is just a revision or something? im lost guys!

Correct on the numbers, I believe the rest of the numbers are reference to the manufacturing, or casting part, are you the original owner? If not, the former owner might have changed the intake.

Previous owner might have changed it, I believe the 302 lasted until 98.
