The holes are no bigger than an inch. You run a chalking bead around the hole & the each light fixture's sit on a rubber pad. I love mine. A you slide a duplex connect on the hot for running light circuit on the switch that allows you to piggyback to it.

How do they hold down do they glue down or what?

Even if they glued you still gotta have a hole for the wires.

they make this stuff nowadays...it's called silicone...works wonders in wet environments. LOL The hard part about installing the lights would be the headliner i would think.

id think the hard part would be to make sure all the fricken lights line up right. its nothing to take down the headliner lol.
