Default Brake Warning Lights (ABS & Parking) come on and stay on

Periodically my 95 F150 Parking Brake and ABS lights come on after traveling about 500ft after initial start up. When I turn the truck off and back on one light comes on and stays on and when I do it a second time they both stay off.

The problem is that my truck doesn't even have ABS. What could be causing this. I've done a complete brake job to include replacing the rotors, drums, pads, and shoes. There are no fluid leaks and the calipers and cylinders all work correctly.

Also, the computer throws no codes when this happens, in fact when I took it to AZ to have it read while both lights were on, it said everything was fine.

Where do I start?

Your truck does have ABS, possibly just on the rear wheels. When the "brake" light comes on the ABS light automatically comes on, except for when the parking brake is set. So there is a problem with the brakes, probably air in the system.
