Default brake help

Hi i'm new to the forum so i hop i'm doing this right i have a 95 f150 8.8 i would like to switch the rear brakes over to disc i know you can use exploer brakes with doing some work to the discs. A 99 f150 have disc in the rear but i dont thing the 15in rims will fit is there any way to switch it over to discs using bone yard parts and not have to do alot of work to the discs to get them to work.

heres a kit to make it really easy all you need to get is some parts off of a 79-85 El Dorado, Riviera, or Tornado along with the miscellaneous parts for the linkage i makes it real easy to do
