Ummm the front fenders are easy to replace. The bed sides are far too gone to attempt to repair. I'm a good welder and I wouldn't even attempt to repair it. There is lots of rust under the paint. Even though it looks ok it's not going to be. The easiest way to remove the bed sides it to fine all the spot welds and drill them out. But I would honestly look for a new bed.

Easier said that done around here...would have to go at least a couple states to the south. Hmmm... wonder how cheap I could find a rust free bed if I drove down and hauled it back myself. Be a nice little road trip.

You can find some down here with minimal rust above the fenders. I'm guessing around $200-$300 at the most
