Blow by issues
Are you sure it's oil, and not PS fluid? Those PS pumps like to spit fluid if you crank 'em with no power on.
I'd say you need some oil in there ASAP. Seafoam breaks down sludge buildup in your motor - all of that sludge is old gunked up oil. It should only be run in the motor for a short time to break up the sludge, because it's breaking down your oil too. When you drain it you'll find really thin oil (almost water), even though it's black and has chunks in it.
I'm surprised it's holding oil pressure, and that's why it's getting past your rings. Hopefully nothing is burnt up beyond hope!

alrighty then... i'll have to put together a cheapo oil change for the time being.. and aliens, it isn't ps fluid, reservoir is full. thanks guys for the help and i'll update this as soon as i finger something out
From the Sea Foam site: "The longer Sea Foam is in your oil the cleaner your crankcase will become." The FAQ section of their site should answer all of your questions. They do recommend changing your oil when it gets dirty because the Sea Foam will break loose all of the build-up and carbon inside your crankcase. I would imaging that it would eventually plug up your oil filter and cause it to be bypassed thus eliminating any filtering and recycling the dirty oil throughout your engine. If I were in your shoes, I would change the oil and add the recommended 1.5oz per quart to the fresh oil and then monitor it until it gets dirty again and then repeat. I did that on mine a couple times and it stays pretty clean now after 3000 miles. Good luck, I hope this helps!
To each his own... and I'm sure that everyone's results vary a bit.
All I know is that I ran it in my old motor for 3 days or so, and what I drained out could no longer be considered oil. It was more like filmy black water with chunks in it.
