Bump....


Any one find a muffler that will give the big 300 a nice rumble? I'll be straight piping my truck tomorrow, but leaving the first Cat to keep any codes from popping up But if I don't like it, I want to add a nice sounding muffler or glasspack to it

I put a glasspack on mine and it not much louder than stock. I would go with the super 44. A buddy of mine has a 4 cyl s10 with one and it sounds like it would eat mine

Took off my stock muffle and just put in a new pipe with a bend, not too loud but sounds allot better, and I still have my cat

I had a glass pack on mine and it was a bit louder but mine sounded weird. A month or so ago I found a 1 in 2 out flowmaster muffler with magnaflow tips at a scrap yard for 15$, it has a nice rumble at idle but in the cab you can't hear much.

Rust repair came first, today. Will be cutting the second cat and muffler out tomorrow and just add some pipe into where I cut out
