best of the 90s
I would like to get some imput to what people think are the best of the f150s from 1990 thru 1995. The areas would be the model and engine type during those years base on performance and longevity. thanks and have great ford/day
What aliens' just posted above. I bought my 94 F-150 new. I am not interested in selling, yet every so often I have someone offer me a stupid amount of money for the truck. Why? I guess because it's clean, sort of at ten feet. Low miles, sort of at 180K. No accidents, save for a rear bumper that some lady bought me many years ago...
Find a truck like mine.
It works fine, and will last a long time.
I just found two on ebay. You can too if you really want a very nice one, keep looking! I saw one go on ebay for $7K. Sound like alot? It only had 38K miles on the clock, big six, auto, tilt, cruise, always garaged...They are out there!
Oh, I'm not a fan of the 95 and 96 bodied trucks because they have doors with crappy stamping marks running along the bottom. Before 94, the exhaust wasn't stainless, nor did they have airbag steering wheel. Paint was better (imo) in 94 and 95 too! Later bodied p.u. isn't as masculine, but it does not have the old swing arm I-beam front end. That's a good thing for highway drivers, not working F-150s.
