The factory guages aren't the most accurate in the world. Are you experiencing any idling problems? Does it do it only at idle? Does the belt slip? How much does it wiggle? Could be wiggling just from the trucks vibration, or you can have a loose wire at the alternator or guage causing false readings.

no idling problems, does it most at idle but still does it while driving, using wiggles around the center of the guage not too much though, belt doesnt slip at all

Looks like voltage regulator. Check battery contacts and wires - may be a loose (-) at engine or body. Try to measure battery voltage while idling and compare it to a battery guage readings - it must not differ.

Check connections at the alternator, also see if the belt is loose. If the alternator pulley is slipping, it could give you those fluctuations too.
