Well damn I'm starting to think it would be easier for me to find a donor truck and swap bodies instead of swapping internals lmao

I'd swap a transmission before I'd go swap bodies. Get a donor truck with the same wheel base and preferably same engine. Swap the flywheel/clutch, starter and tranny possibly the cross member as well, you'll need the driveshaft as well.

There's a template in your floor, some are bolted in but some are stamped, I had to cut mine out and bolt in the hump, pedal assembly swaps over, steering column needs minor trimming though. There's a cover in the firewall you unbolt and bolt in the clutch master cylinder. As far as wiring you can keep your stock ECU and remove all the unneeded wiring and wire in the reverse lights and the neutral safety switch.

All in all I think it took me 3 part days to do my swap.
