Default anyone know what this is?

I was reading another thread and I started wondering... my truck can have dual tanks but doesnt, so I initially thought that's what it was, just tucked up under. Its not stock. (Or doesn't look it, anyway.) Then I was reading another thread and I just couldn't get it off my mind, any ideas?

Good place for a secret kill switch.

It's to the right of the parking/ebrake, and to the left of the disc and drum brake. It's portion of the dash (if it were a tank switch) has the plastic insert in it. If it's a kill switch, electrics still work regardless of if it's toggled or not. I was kinda hoping it would magically make my 4x4 light come on if I engaged it, but no such luck...

I was going to fire up the beast with it on and off, and try my 4x4 with it on and off, see if it made a difference, but we're getting rocked with thunder, lightning, and tornado warnings. 2 minutes after I came in to grab a screwdriver to put my 4x4 shifter boot on completely.

I really gotta figure this out... it's eating my mind very slowly... haha. What's the point of a kill switch, when you can just turn the key?

follow the wires back to see where they go id turn the switch off and see if it starts. another thing it could be is an switch for the E-fan for the radiator thats a fairly common thing to do down south its hot down there

You're not going to know what it does unless you trace the wires, or flip it and see what isn't working.

The truck came from PA and was built in america's hat, and doesn't have an e fan. I kinda wish it did though... My wires are a mess... I'm scared of touching them. Lol. If it is just a kill switch, I'm gonna feel stupid for getting so excited over it
