Default Another Running Problem Need help!!

This might get a little long but need the help, first off my truck is a 95 5.0 long tubes true duals, 9mm ford wires, msd coil and cap and rotor, electric fan conversion 130 amp alternator with dual battery and isolator im sure im forgetting something.

A couple weeks ago I had to go on a good trip and stay in a hotel far away from home, parked the truck and came out the next mourning and she wouldnt start, i had to be somewhere so later that night i got to look at it and figured out the msd coil took a crap, so got a new one from oreily just a cheap o to get me back home. A half a week later or so i was on the freeway stuck in the hot heat and my truck got real hot needle was on the a or l of normal to the point i pulled over and found my electric fan wasnt working cuz the fuze had moved and wasnt makeing a good connection, pushed it back in and went to get back on the road but she acted like she had a miss.

Got home to check it out found nothing, pulled plugs all good checked wires all good, cap and rotor were decent some marking on the inside. put it all back together and she somehow ran fine. drove it some more and was on the freeway again and starting running like crap again, got home checked it all again same thing but this time didnt run any better, checked compression all fine. Put it all back togther cuz i got no more ideas. No codes or anything. Now she runs fine when you first start it in the mourning but as soon as she warms up some she runs the same, its hard to explain it sounds and feels like theres a miss and when i stomp on it revs real high with a deep tone and real under powered.

I hope someone got some answers cuz i need them.
Thanks guys

Check for a vacuum leak. You may have knocked a line loose while working.

Im not saying that it couldnt be a problem but im gona lean on the side of not becuase my main point was it all stated the first time after she got real hot and pulled over on the freeway and when i went to start going again she was acting like this, so i was woundering could i have fouled out the O2 sensor or some other sensor even though its not giveing a code? My other thought was a burnt valve or something but ive never had one before so i dont really no the symptoms.

Well it could be a lot of things but its easy to check for vacuum leaks. As a matter of fact if you test it with a gauge you can test several other things at the same time without spending a dime ( well unless you buy a gauge )
