Aluminium tailgate panel

Does anyone know where I can find the plastic pieces that holds the panel on? I looked at LMC and bronco graveyard neither of them have them.

I need to find something too, mine is coming off. I'm thinking double sided trim tape.

I tried that but salt eats that stuff up. Ive thought of using some 1/4 x 1" flat bar and making me some but id rather find the replacement ones if they are out there
