After 25 years (59,000 miles), the alternator stopped working. Went to my local auto parts store and bought a 'life time' warranty alternator. I bought a new battery while i was at it because the old one was 8 years old. The alternator wasn't too hard to install, took me a couple hours but i'm 63 years old

Any of you on the factory original alternator? Just wondering
