alright... need some code help
ok so i put a bobby pin and jumped the two terminals needed to test the codes... i get in my truck and turn the key on.. the check engine light starts flashing...
i get 676, 719, and 696...
so i checked them on this site: http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/index.php?p=53
but they arent on there...
what gives?

nevermind i figured it out... the 1 in 719 was the pause... so it was 67 - 67 and 96 - 96...
soooo the 67 was neutral safety circuit failure... i bypassed my neutral safety circuit so obviously thats fine
the 96 is Fuel pump secondary circuit failure. The EEC did not sense battery voltage on the Fuel Pump Monitor circuit.
my CEL sometimes flashes when im driving, could this be why???
is this bad?
also for future reference, how does a 0 show up with blinks?
and how do i reset the ecu? battery disconnect??

Shouldn't be any codes with a '0'.
Disconnecting the battery for about 20-30 minutes will clear the codes. It will also clear the computer memory, so the truck may run a little different until it relearns where it left off.
The Check Engine lamp will flash or be On when a fault is detected. This should be saved in memory, able to be picked up by a key-on, engine off code reading.
No idea about the code '96'.
